THE CHALLENGE:
Marseille came to me desiring to transition into a corporate product development role after years of being employed in the restaurant and food production industry.
His existing résumé pigeon-holed him in a lower-paying, restaurant or small start-up round-hole-peg; we had a lot of work to do to bring his story and unique value proposition to life in a manner and design that "spoke" to his targeted audience (a larger corporate organization).
The resulting résumé clearly demonstrates his unique value proposition in a way that is relevant and speaks to that audience. We were able to identify and translate his strengths in leading and retaining top talent, driving cost-cutting initiatives, and capitalizing quickly on changing consumer trends in the regional market.
As a result of this work, Marseille landed his new dream role in product development with an up-and-coming player in the market within months of launching his new search, and is very happy in his new role.
