I work with both executives and those high performers that are in what I call “The Messy Middle.”  

The high-impact individual contributors, senior managers, directors, and VP/SVPs that deliver immense value and impact, but struggle to convey that impact in a concise manner that is optimized and tailored to the opportunity, and targeted in a way that is relevant and meaningful to their intended audience. 

Over the years, I’ve found that the traditional “best practices” in resume writing do not meet the needs of The Messy Middle.
