CASE STUDY #3
David had held progressive roles in pharmacy operations at the same hospital system for 15+ years.
Then, he was caught off guard and let go as a result of a new executive leadership team installment.
He had posted his existing resume online for months, and yet had zero traction.
Growing concerned, he reached out to me for help.
THE CHALLENGE
Not having to interview for a new role for over 15 years can be daunting.
Where does the job seeker begin?
The landscape has changed. The job titles have changed. The job search itself is dramatically different.
Such was the situation for David.
His original resume was a scarecrow of sentences that yielded zero insight into his capabilities as a leader. His resume did not have search words or jargon. Nor did it address key areas of concern for this market at that time, such as new regulations that were changing the payor landscape.
We had a lot of work to do to get David's branding and messaging where it needed to be to yield results for him.
THE RESULT
As a result of our partnership and resulting Brand Overhaul, David's new resume was garnering traction for him.
Within 1 month, he accepted an offer to join a new health system in the area.
