I give 150% to every client project. As a result, my production calendar tends to fill fast. To ensure that top quality product is delivered consistently, I carefully manage how many projects I take on each month.
To initiate the process and secure a spot on the production calendar, email me to let me know that you would like to move forward and retain my services.
Once I receive your email confirmation, I send you the link to get started. This link will bring you to the calendar and payment page, and then guide you to the Members Only page where you will download the Blueprint for Success prep materials.
As a business policy, all projects are due in full to secure your project on the calendar.
➣PREPARE FOR THE INTAKE CALLS
➣SEND PREP MATERIALS TO ME 24 HOURS PRIOR TO OUR 1ST SCHEDULED CALL
Once you are confirmed on the schedule and payment received, you will be directed to the Members Only page to download the prep material for our 1st Intake Call.
The prep work needs to be emailed to me 24 hours prior to our 1st Intake Call.
➣COMPLETE 2 (1-HOUR) INTAKE CALLS
During our 2 (1-hour) phone calls, we discuss several aspects that are critical to the success of your job search.
This is a partnership, and without your full participation in the process, I cannot provide you with the best possible results.
➣RECEIVE RESUME DRAFT IN 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS
The resume is always delivered first, and emailed to you within 7-10 business days following completion of Intake Call #2.
➣SEND FIRST ROUND OF EDITS IN 2 WEEKS VIA EMAIL
Once I receive your initial feedback on the resume, I then: (1) deliver a clean copy to you in 2 business days, and (2) begin to craft the other documents in your program, which are delivered within 5 business days.
During the Revision Process, we manage the initial tactical edits through email, allowing us to use the phone to continue focus on the more strategic aspects of your brand if necessitated. This way, we get the best results for you.
➣RECEIVE OTHER DOCUMENT DRAFTS & FINALIZE
It is important to maintain focused so that we do not lose the momentum of your branding project.
As a business policy, all documents are to be finalized within 8 weeks of receipt of the initial resume draft.
➣IDENTIFY BEST GO-TO-MARKET STRATEGY FOR YOUR SEARCH
There is never a cookie-cutter approach to the market. A go-to-market strategy that works best for one job seeker, might not be the best strategic option for a different job seeker. It's important to know all your options, and which options are best for the unique circumstances in your search ...this way, you won't be spinning your wheels.
I'm currently in the process of developing a training module that goes over this, but for right now, just know that during our consultation Intake Calls, I will be reviewing different strategies with you to ensure you are on the right track.

This type of antiquated process assumes that you know and understand your brand, and therefore a phone call is not needed.
