SCHEDULE 2 INTAKE CALLS AND COMPLETE PAYMENT

3. Schedule Call #2.
4. Download "Blueprint for Success" prep materials by clicking on the link provided on the confirmation page (Members Only page).
Prep Work is due 24 hours prior to our 1st scheduled Intake Call, and may take you about 2.0+ hours to complete (or more, if you haven't updated your resume in some time). Please be sure to schedule your 1st Call with this in mind.
I recommend to schedule these calls at least 4 days apart, but not >2 weeks apart to maintain the momentum of your branding.
REVIEW TERMS & CONDITIONS AGREEMENT
Before scheduling a time on the calendar and completing payment, you'll want to review the Terms & Conditions agreement, which outlines the process and expectations in much more granular detail. This way, we are all on the same page.

HelloSign will then email you and Incite Demand a copy of the executed agreement.
Upon submitting payment, you are agreeing to these Terms & Conditions.
DOWNLOAD "BLUEPRINT FOR SUCCESS" PREP MATERIALS
Once payment received and both calls scheduled, the system will guide you to the Members Only page to download the prep materials.
I recommend to plan for 2 hours for prep time. This is not an extensive questionnaire process, but does require some research (for the job descriptions) and reflection on your end.
For clients who have not updated their resume in several years, prep time could take longer, so please plan accordingly.
SEND PREP MATERIALS TO ME VIA EMAIL
24 HOURS PRIOR TO OUR 1ST SCHEDULED INTAKE CALL
This is a very important step, as I need to ensure I have ample time to prepare for our Intake Call.
Please forward all necessary materials to me via email 24 hours prior to our first scheduled Intake Call.
COMPLETE THE INTAKE CALL PROCESS
This is where the magic happens!
During these calls I will be asking you many questions that will help you to further clarify what's next and strengthen your unique value proposition.
Please plan for two blocks of uninterrupted time, and I strongly recommend to plan for a time when you are not driving as cell reception gets dicey. If this happens, and calls are dropped, we will need to reschedule the call.
YOUR NEW RESUME DRAFT WILL DELIVERED IN 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS
Following completion of all necessary Intake Calls, development of your new resume will commence.
The resume draft is turned around to you in 7 - 10 business days.
PROVIDE YOUR INITIAL RESUME FEEDBACK WITHIN 2 WEEKS
Provide your initial round of feedback via the Tracking Changes (Redlining) tool in MS Word.
We will be using the Tracking Changes Tool for initial feedback and tactical edits, enabling us to utilize the phone for the more strategic, high-level points.
YOUR REVISED RESUME WILL BE TURNED AROUND TO YOU IN 2 BUSINESS DAYS
Unless if the revisions are extensive and further conversation needed to refine positioning and direction, resume revisions will be turned around within 2 business days.
PLEASE NOTE: If more comprehensive revisions are needed, a 3-5 business day turnaround will apply.
ADDITIONAL DELIVERABLES WILL BE TURNED AROUND TO YOU IN 5 BUSINESS DAYS FOLLOWING RECEIPT OF INITIAL RESUME FEEDBACK
Once I receive your initial feedback on the resume, and confirmation that the brand Voice, positioning, and orientation is in alignment for you, I begin crafting the other documents in your program.
These will be delivered to you within 5 business days.
FINALIZE ALL BRANDED DOCUMENTS WITHIN THE 8-WEEK WINDOW
All deliverables in your program are to be finalized within 8 weeks following your receipt of the initial resume draft.
DETERMINE NEXT STEPS
Each client's job search is uniquely different, with its own set of specific challenges and caveats.
Upon completion of your new branded materials, you may want to invest in other services and programs that can help you effectively navigate the Hidden Job Market, tailor your resume for other targets, and sharpen your interview or networking strategy.
